Mr. Moore says that the penalties imposed on banks is hurting the industry, but what about all the people who were hoodwinked into accepting mortgage loans they should not have qualified for. Where is the justice for them? Even though it may be true that such financial penalties, like the colossal fine that was imposed recently on the lending institution, Fanny Mea, may, wind up raising prices and interest rates, I have to admit that I feel a sense of satisfaction when I hear news stories that tell of how the Justice Department making a company or the executive officers of companies finally have to be accountable for their irresponsible acts of greed. Looking out for number one seems to be the norm so when someone comes up with an idea to help others it is really rare and should be recognized. Congratulations to Jonathan on his first home! I remember the feeling of satisfaction when we purchased our first home, now we are thinking we will probably lose it to foreclosure. Renting might be the best idea for us though because we hate yard work. I hope that this idea for the veterans catches on in other states as well. Who cares about the Ex-boyfriend use the same company he did anyway they obviously knew what they were doing. I wish I could find somebody in the central United States that cared as much about helping me with my mortgage as Wes cares about helping his clients. I lost my job and my husband was laid off and do you think we can get any help with out mortgage at all even from the bank that gave us the loan, NO! I even called them and talked to them about it because that was what we were told to do to stay current was to seek help form them and they said there was nothing they could do.
