Wes, you refinanced my primary residence several years ago. Here is where I am now. I have a $95,000 balance at 5.3%. I have 18 years to go on a 25 year loan. I am looking to refinance for 10 years, yet I want the option of make bi-weekly payments. I retired from APD in August of 2007. What are the rates on a 10 year fixed mortgage? I want to see if it is worth the effort.
